I would recommend Neil to anyone wanting to buy a home. Knowing how fastidious my wife and I are about homes, we were truly impressed by Neil's level of patience and level-headedness when we were out searching for homes. His level of knowledge in the area we were looking in was unparalleled. Luckily for us we were able to find a perfect home where I, being from the city, and my wife being from the burbs could both embrace and love. Neil was not only our realtor but has become a good friend and I can count on him no matter what. As a family man and a home-owner himself, he has much experience and connections to a wide-range of resources and I still ask him for help if I'm stuck with something regarding home renovations. Its been 4-5 months since we moved in, but I will not hesitate to ask him questions or call him for advice. He is always there to help. He is fantastic! Give him a call.

Neal listed my house in mid December; not an easy time to bring people in. He got the word out and brought interested buyers through. He worked hard, always stayed positive and kept my spirits up when I was more than ready to move on. We closed in early April and Neal's knowledge of value made it all work. Neal kept the inspection and closing attorneys on track and his warm smile was welcome everywhere. Neal's knowledge was invaluable in finding my new home as well. I know I'll sell and buy again and I'll call Neal before I make any decisions!

We have bought and sold many homes and Neil is a pro, not just in the real estate handling but in the people handling arena of his profession. He was able to negotiate a short sale for us that could have easily gone south with much at stake. Neil stayed calm, cool, and collected during the up and down process of this purchase. I have recommended him to several friends relocating to the area and will continue to recommend him as good solid pros are hard to find in any profession let. He is a true asset to any buyer.
