Working with Neil has proven to us, once again, why we always wind up selling our home with an agent from Baird & Warner. Neil was honest in his assessment of our home and the market, very professional, and hard working. He was easy to talk with and was very good at getting back to me with information. We could also see, by the response in the Realtor open houses, that he is respected by his peers. We would not hesitate to work with Neil again, and would trust a referral if needed.
