Neil did an excellent job of the sale of my home. He was always available when I had to call him. Even though the closing date kept changing, through no fault of Neil's, he always kept me informed either by email or by phone as to what was happening and why the closing kept changing. The reason I sold my home in South Holland is because I had to relocate to Decatur, Il so therefore I'm sure I would have no occasion to recomment Neil but if I did I would give him the highest recommendation. Thank you Neil for a job well done!!

Neil sold our property in less than 2 weeks, and we hadn't seen the house in 3 years. He was able to help us get the house ready to sell, cleaned, and shown, all through long distance conversations.
