Neil sold 2 commercial and 1 residential property of mine in the western chicago suburbs . Two went reasonably quick at and near asking prices. The third was a piece I attempted to sell thru several other firms for two years with minimal traffic and no offers. Neil was able to bring a critcal tenant into the property which made it attractive enough to an investor who bought the property. Of his many excllent qualities I sensed the one that set him apart from others I worked with was "connected".

This is the second time we've used Neil to sell our home, which says a lot. He uses every available platform to help sell your home. He's easy to work with, is forthright, and of high integrity. I could always reach him via text, email, or phone, within a reasonable time frame. If he didn't have an immediate answer to a question, he would provide one quickly. If we had stayed in the area, we would certainly use him again to help sell our home, when the time comes.
