We have bought and sold many homes and Neil is a pro, not just in the real estate handling but in the people handling arena of his profession. He was able to negotiate a short sale for us that could have easily gone south with much at stake. Neil stayed calm, cool, and collected during the up and down process of this purchase. I have recommended him to several friends relocating to the area and will continue to recommend him as good solid pros are hard to find in any profession let. He is a true asset to any buyer.

Neil was recommended to us from another prior client. He took on the sale of my in-laws vacant home in the South Suburbs of Chicago. This was not an easy sale but Neil was persistent and got us two offers on the same day which helped us out tremendously. He is very good on follwoing up on leads and very attentive to our needs. This was not an expensive house and Neil probably isn't making a whole lot of $$$ on the deal but he treated us liike we were selling a mansion.
