Neil explained things so that we could understand. All of his information was supported with research from our area. It was obvious he was looking out for our needs and not just trying to make a quick sale. Neil was very professional throughout and was always on top of all the moving parts to ensure a smooth transaction. He was always communicating with us keeping us updated on what was going on and what to expect next. Neil was as close to perfect as you can get.
