This was the first time in over 31 years that we had a home on the market, but found the process quite smooth. When Neil called, just 2 weeks after our home was listed, to say that he had a buyer, we were astounded. GREAT news! All throughout our process, sale to closing, Neil kept in touch via phone, email and text. That was deeply appreciated.
