Neil, with over 30 years real estate experience was "spot-on"in making marketing and listing decisions for our home. Our neighbors commented on the traffic frenzy of prospective buyers coming to see our home that first weekend. We received a solid offer, exceeding our listing price. Neil has been my neighbor for many years so when I decided to put my home on the market, he was the obvious choice.
