Neil Verhagen was very knowledgeable about all of the homes we saw when we were searching for the perfect one. He pointed important things out about the house that I would have otherwise overlooked. He warned about any extreme maintenance that would be required and he gave us honest and detailed opinions on each home. It was important to him that we found a home that we would love and not just a home that we could afford and get by in. Overall Neil has provided us with a wonderful stress-free service and i would recommend him for anyone searching for a new home!
