Our experience with Neil has been excelent! He was always extremely flexible, thoughtful and committed to helping us sell our house. He did a great job balancing scheduling open houses while being aware of our need to be at home. He did as good a job selling our house without being intrusive as I could imagine. His feedback was thoughtful and really helped us prepare the house. Neil always went above and beyond for us and we always felt like we could trust him. He is a great realistate agent and an even better person. For this reason I would always recomend him to others.

Neil did an excellent job of the sale of my home. He was always available when I had to call him. Even though the closing date kept changing, through no fault of Neil's, he always kept me informed either by email or by phone as to what was happening and why the closing kept changing. The reason I sold my home in South Holland is because I had to relocate to Decatur, Il so therefore I'm sure I would have no occasion to recomment Neil but if I did I would give him the highest recommendation.
