Friendly, prompt responses, and knowledgeable. The primary reason we went through Neil was his personality and follow up. He responded quickly to our questions and requests and listened to our concerns. Neil showed us houses about a year ago but we were not ready to buy. Recently, sent him a request to see a house and he was available immediately, even though we hadn't spoken for over a year. Ended up buying that house with his help. Would use Neil again without hesitation.
