Neil sold 2 commercial and 1 residential property of mine in the western chicago suburbs . Two went reasonably quick at and near asking prices. The third was a piece I attempted to sell thru several other firms for two years with minimal traffic and no offers. Neil was able to bring a critcal tenant into the property which made it attractive enough to an investor who bought the property. Of his many excllent qualities I sensed the one that set him apart from others I worked with was 'connected'.

What sold me on Neil Verhagen was his knowledge and existing relationships for the 3-neighborhoods in Wheaton we were targeting. Neil is dialed into Wheaton and in a tight real estate market this was our advantage. If there was "Wheaton Million Dollar Listing" Neil would be the star. We were very happy with Neil.
