Neil Verhagen was recommended by both my brother and a longtime friend of mine. My husband and I were relocating from Frankfort Illinois to another local neighborhood. We down sized significantly from a multilevel house to a ranch with a basement. Neil is a third-generation agent who is extremely knowledgable of the area And pricing. He was very patient with all our questions, he provided answers in a concise and in terms we as buyers could understand. If I ever need to move again I would ONLY choose him. This move was as painless as it could possibly be due to all the effort and attention Neil put into our sale and purchase. He's a fantastic agent and I can't say enough good things about him . This process was as smooth as it was because of Neil's knowledge and expertise. For an Agent as busy as Neil is, he always returned calls and communicated in a very timely manner.
