"Neil Verhagen helped us with the purchase of our commercial property for our second office. We had started the process with him very early when we had not even decided whether we would lease or buy a space. Neil is completely professional, prompt with all communications, knew the area very well as to geographic locations and potential problems in area. We often asked him if he "knew a guy" and he was always able to recommend a dependable contact whether it was a loan officer or contractor. He is always personable and pleasant to work with. He made time for last minute requests (even on weekends and even made himself accessible during vacation) and followed up with multiple parties involved in the sale to make sure that from financing, to the communications between the attorneys, and inspections- that the time line was on track and that deadlines were met. This is one of the biggest reliefs because of the amount of parties involved in the sale. We truly feel that he was looking out for what was best for us and our business and are happy that he was our agent during this process from start to close. Best agent ever! We highly recommend him!"
