Many years ago my wife's parents passed away and the two sisters had to sell their home. A Verhagen real estate company in South Holland, IL. sold the house and we were all thankful for the care and understanding of needs that were filled by them. As my wife and I searched places of retirement, to first question we were asked was, "What is the value of your home?" We had no idea. A mailing arrived in our mail box at that time advertising free appraisals from a Verhagen at Baird Warner. When Neil came to our house we found out immediately that it was Neil's father that sold the house in South Holland. We knew then that we would find the same care extended to us. We did ask another real estate person to look at our home as a favor to her , but we never wanted any one other than Neil to be our agent. We were well satisfied with his care for our wants and needs. Everything went as planned with no pressure put on us.
