We couldn't have had a better experience buying a home. From start to finish we feel extremely lucky that things went as smoothly as they did. Neil Verhagen was with us every step of the way, guiding us through the entire process. As first time home buyers we had a LOT of questions. He always took time to answer them and gave us some really crucial insights into many other things that we'd need to know about owning our own home. We never felt like he was pushing us in any direction but he'd make astute observations on each house that allowed us to make the right choice. He gave invaluable advice during the negotiations as well and I'm positive we would not have gotten the deal we did if he hadn't helped us. We highly recommend him and will definitely work with him again when/if we ever decide to sell!
