Neil always goes above and beyond what is expected. He was always ready to show us homes and gave the impression that he had all the time in the world -- which we knew he did not. He was exceptionally helpful in going through the mechanical elements of the homes that we viewed, pointing out and explaining various items that we were not familiar with. Neil is honest and trustworthy. This is absolutely essential to us when we think about buying a home. We wanted someone we could trust and we knew that Neil would always tell us the truth.
