Neil has been my neighbor for many years so when I decided to put my home on the market, he was the obvious choice. He was highly recommended by a former neighbor whose home he sold and happens to be very well-known in my community. I needed to get out of my house and Neil came through for me. He explained everything and went over the contract step by step making sure I had a clear understanding of everything. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. He is extremely responsive to questions, is very patient and always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. From the beginning and throughout the closing process, Neil was always on top of it and was quickly available when I had questions. He patiently and knowledgeable walked me through any questions I had no matter how big or how small. Neil made sure all the deadlines were met and stayed on top of the process from beginning to close.
