What sold me on Neil Verhagen was his knowledge and existing relationships for the 3-neighborhoods in Wheaton we were targeting. Neil is dialed into Wheaton and in a tight real estate market this was our advantage. If there was "Wheaton Million Dollar Listing" Neil would be the star. We were very happy with Neil.

Neil sold 2 commercial and 1 residential property of mine in the western chicago suburbs . Two went reasonably quick at and near asking prices. The third was a piece I attempted to sell thru several other firms for two years with minimal traffic and no offers. Neil was able to bring a critcal tenant into the property which made it attractive enough to an investor who bought the property. Friendly, prompt responses, and knowledgeable. The primary reason we went through Neil was his personality and follow up. He responded quickly to our questions and requests and listened to our concerns. Neil showed us houses about a year ago but we were not ready to buy. Recently, sent him a request to see a house and he was available immediately, even though we hadn't spoken for over a year. Ended up buying that house with his help. Would use Neil again without hesitation.
